We are a team of software veterans. We saw it all. Our industry is a fluid thing. In the last thirty years, patterns and practices shifted, architecture followed, new paradigms popped in claiming they were the best. Microservices, serverless, blockchain, low-code. Anyone who has been around long enough starts seeing a pattern at every turn. The market sells the new thing as the answer to every problem. And all of us get excited quite easily. New tools, new platforms that solve, most of the time, problems nobody actually had.
And then AI arrived. Not gradually. It dropped from the sky. Within months, every company on earth was trying to figure out how to use it, how to measure it, how to control it. Most of them are still trying.
We are not sceptics. We have been using LLMs since the beginning, and the productivity gains are felt at the beginning. But we recognised the pattern. The market is getting flooded with AI tools and vendors, each one offering their own dashboard, their own metrics, their own version of the truth. The fragmentation is the problem. Anthropic console shows Claude usage. OpenAI dashboard shows GPT. Google shows Gemini. Three views, three partial stories, zero cross-vendor picture.
Sensitive data enters AI systems and nobody tracks it. Decisions get delegated to models and nobody records them. Teams adopt tools with little coordination if at all. The board asks "how is our organisation using AI?" and silence would follow..
The moment an organisation starts using AI, the rules change. Which model is fastest, which vendor is cheapest, those questions already have answers. The harder questions are about visibility, governance, and who owns the intelligence that AI activity generates. Most vendors and most companies have not figured that out yet.
Speed is not the bottleneck anymore. Building a prototype, testing an idea, generating content. All fast. A governed, auditable, compliant AI deployment across an entire organisation? That is still hard. We needed a control layer that sits between people and vendors, captures what matters, and stays out of the way. So we built Swarmix.
In a probabilistic domain, we want a deterministic framework and foundation that gives organisations visibility and control over AI activity. And Swarmix is built for this purpose.
Autonomous systems are not our goal. People stay at the centre and they lead the way.
A walkthrough of unified visibility, governance, and intelligence across every AI vendor and team.
